Get to know Amalie Robert Estate and take the tour

While we may be new to you, we have been growing world class Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and cool climate Syrah since the turn of the century in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley. If you are interested in learning more about Amalie Robert Estate wines, please take the tour.

The self guided tour begins here! Please address any follow-on questions to Dena Drews at dena@amalierobert.com.

1) First things first: Who ARE those guys?

Dena Drews Bio              Ernie Pink Bio

2) Who is Amalie Robert Estate and what is a Julian Calendar?

“Bob, I think I got here too late, you have your cherry orchard on top of my vineyard.” That’s how it started. Please follow this link to read the full story. You can see the vineyard soil profile here (good dirt.)

We are strong believers in sharing our experiences. We produce a yearly Julian Calendar to track the growing season. This monthly update provides growing season information and a photo journal wrapped in a bit of farming humor. There are a lot of ways to grow wine and we are excited to show you how we do it!

We call it “brand terroir” and hopefully this helps to differentiate our wines and allows for a more informed choice in the marketplace. There is a story behind every bottle and the good folks at Vinestories have captured ours here.

3) Tell me how you found your Pinot Noir groove.

You always remember your first – bottle of Domain Dujac that is! Pinot Noir found us in Paris. Here is how it went down.

4) Let me see what you’ve got to work with.

Follow this link to learn about our current releases and accolades. Please note, there is a free cork in every bottle – no screw caps.

5) I am still not convinced.

You don’t have to take our word for it, check out What Other People Are Saying (WOPAS.)
